A long gallery presenting select artists transports guests to their locker and changing rooms. The private change rooms act as a space to prepare and reset post movement, showers are clad in stainless steel, grid tiles and Flos Mini Glo Ball C/W light the basins.

The Maddox fitness space includes pods dedicated to mobility, cardio and strength with equipment by Technogym, complimented by the use of Reggiani Yori Evo 48v adjustable spotlights, a minimal and elegant track lighting playing an essential role in the design of the space.

Created by partners Annie Nguyen and Davey Ramburut Maddox Fit is a values driven, holistic wellness concept built on purpose, observation and care that delivers movement and strength programs, leadership and team courses for corporate clients and individuals.

A 48V low-voltage track was used in the main gym floor with adjustable spotlight available in four different sizes. This track and spot combination was developed to be used especially in residential and retail project for showcasing items, shelves, display cases and exhibition style lighting. Its outstanding CRI >98 enhances colour authenticity and materiality, adding value to sale items in retail spaces drawing viewer’s attention.

The Glo-Ball C/W ceiling, wall and mirror lamp designed in 2002 by Jasper Morrison for Flos, comprises of an externally acid-etched, hand blown flashed opaline glass sphere, and a white, injection moulded PPS threaded ring nut, or, an injection moulded PPS white mirror ring nut. Mirror hole cut out Ø35mm.
