Repairs

Euroluce is proud to offer a repairs support service for products that are both in and out of their warranty period.

For all repairs support service enquiries, please email sales@euroluce.com.au and include:


  • Photos of the product
  • Details of the fault or issue you are experiencing
  • The quote, sales order or purchase order number the product was purchased on if you know


Once your enquiry is received, Euroluce’s internal sales team will get back to you with the next steps available for your product. Please note, charges will apply if the product is out of warranty.

Cleaning


Simple and easy ways to look after your Euroluce lights, from day to day to every once in a while.

For day to day cleaning, use a dry microfibre cloth or wipe the surface with a warm, damp cloth. For a more thorough clean, use warm soapy water. Never use harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges or scourers when cleaning, and try to avoid concentrated wiping.
