Ivory House, Melbourne

The brief was to create a flexible and functional lighting design for their Ivory House project in Melbourne. After conducting onsite meetings with Romy and Natalie, Euroluce created a comprehensive design that met the needs of both the family and the HomeRoom Studio team.

We employed a combination of Flos products throughout the house, including Easy Kap Downlights for general lighting in hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and Find Me Monopoint Spot Lights & the Tracking Magnet system to showcase Romy's art collection in the entrance, kitchen, and living areas. 

In the dining area, we installed Aim pendants, which offered a minimalist yet fun option for lighting the table. 

The kitchen was highlighted with the use of the Running Magnet system and Light Shadow modules, which subtly illuminate the Tundra Stone island while avoiding over-lighting the surrounding area. The Light Shadow modules are barely visible, creating an almost invisible illumination that brings the stone to life at night.

In the lounge, the custom joinery detail around the fireplace was accented with the beautiful Taccia by Flos, which acts not only as a source of light but also as a stunning sculpture in the space.

Ivory House is a great example of how Euroluce work together with Interior Designers and Architects to not just supply light fixtures, but provide lighting solutions for all aspects of a project.
