Euroluce appoints new Chief Executive Officer
Euroluce Lighting Australia Pty Ltd (Euroluce) today announces that Rob Grant has informed the Board of his intention to retire from the role of Chief Executive Officer in early February 2020 . Rob has been a Director of Euroluce for more than 3 years and has been an investor and shareholder in the company since 2013. He will remain a Non-Executive Director of Euroluce.
The Board of Euroluce is pleased to announce that Justin Penhall will be appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer effective from 3 February 2020. Justin has over 20 years experience in the lighting industry and is currently CEO of JSB Lighting. He will conclude his time in that role prior to Christmas.
Following a transition period during February, Rob has agreed to act in the capacity of advisor to the group and Non
Executive Director and to provide strategic support across key initiatives. Speaking of his decision to retire, Mr Grant said “It is time for transition. We have made great progress in recent years but it is important for generational change in the leadership of Euroluce and I am delighted that Justin has taken up that challenge. He is a very capable operator, with great experience. I look forward to supporting him in his new role.”
