It is an address that engages the city, bringing to life a transformative new destination, be it day or night. The extensive retail precinct spans the ground and podium levels, while the three surrounding streets (Collins, Exhibition and Little Collins Streets) are connected through a series of laneways, linking the Next Hotel to both the North and South Office Towers.
The 80 Collins precinct is a large-scale site that is strategically located at the ‘Paris end’ of Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD. 80 Collins North Tower provides 51 levels of space with large, column-free 1,100sqm floorplates allowing for multiple tenancy sizes and configurations.
The North Tower has undergone a major transformation, seamlessly integrating it within the new South Tower development. A modern street entrance and lobby upgrade, destination-controlled lifts, on floor lobby upgrades further enhance the everyday experience.
The two lobbies at 80 Collins street make a sleek entrance for the commercial towers. Clean minimalist lines are offset with a stunning leather installation from Fiona Lynch and a simple and elegant lighting scheme by FPOV. Reggiani Surface Yori and Reggiani Mood Fixed Round have been used to enhance the sense of lightness and volume with integrated light complimenting the architectural form.
