TECH DESCRIPTION

:

The traditional Kelvin LED task light by Antonio Citterio & Toan Nguyen, has been improved by the possibility of turning on its Green Mode.
Green Mode allows the Kelvin to automatically regulate its light out-put, depending on the quality of the ambience lighting levels of the surrounding space/room. If a change in the ambient light affects the task area, the Kelvin will change its lighting levels in accordance; if the ambient light levels increase, the Kelvin will automatically decrease its light levels, and vice versa.
Changing to Green Mode is an easy step – simply hold the illuminated touch switch, located on the head of the lamp, for 3 seconds till it changes colour from standard orange, to the new Green.
This ability saves even more energy than the standard Kelvin, because it lowers the lighting levels, and thus the power used.
Unlike the traditional Kelvin Led model, available in black, white and anthracite finishes, the new version is produced in chrome.
